The Best Coast Inspections Training Path

Structured Field Training (50–100+ Hours)

Our field training program typically includes 50-100+ hours of supervised, real-world inspections, depending on your experience level and licensing pathway.

You’ll learn:

  • How to inspect efficiently without cutting corners
  • How to identify material defects vs. minor deficiencies
  • How to communicate findings clearly and confidently
  • How to handle client questions on-site
  • How to carry yourself professionally in the field
  • How to think like a licensed inspector—not just a checklist follower

Training focuses on:
