Had a great experience with our home inspection. The inspection was very thorough, and everything was explained clearly as we went through the property. I learned a lot about the home, including things I never would have thought to look for myself. I really appreciated the time taken to answer questions and explain not only what was found, but why it mattered and what to keep an eye on in the future.
Overall, it was a very informative experience and gave us a much better understanding of the home we’re buying. Would definitely recommend!

I was referred to Michael and the experience was above my expectations. I was looking for inspections for a newly purchased condo. My first one! So I appreciated the clear steps and in depth walkthrough.
Friendly front office to understand all the services and straightforward quote. They assisted with my Realtor to set up a date and time. I arrived an hour after the inspection was conducted.
