Khristine has everything set up to provide a speedy quoting process, scheduling, report access and follow up. Lots of automated reminder texts and communication (which is super useful for anyone who has a lot going on!). I ended up needing to reschedule a few times and they were very accommodating and understanding. Mike and his crew showed up on time and were quite thorough - handled a sensitive/awkward situation with rental tenant issues with grace and ease.   While the Report covers everthing, it is limited in detail and a bit generic - but I am pretty sure that's pretty standard nowadays across the inspection/property industry due to liability and CYA requirements. Actually chatting with Mike and his team was the  most informative and provided the most context/info/advice/ etc. He took a ton of time walking me through everything and answering all of my questions.
