I aim to offer the most personalized and comprehensive building inspection service available with an emphasis on education for my clients and realtors.

Starting at the roof I evaluate not only the roof surface, but also the chimney, the ventilation system, the electrical service entrance, the plumbing stack, and any other systems or components located on the roof.

My next step is to inspect the exterior of the property. I use a macro and micro approach to look at both the big picture and all the close up details.

Then I move inside, and starting at the top attic, work my way down into the basement. I run water continuosly prior to a thermal imaging evaluation for leaks.  While inside, I address such things as the structure, the heating and cooling systems, the electrical and plumbing systems, the interior finishes, the insulation and ventilation, and accessories such as fireplaces. I even take the time to ensure all built in appliances are functioning as intended.

My full evaluation is then communicated through a verbal presentation followed by a detailed inspection report, which includes descriptions of all the systems in the building as well as any recommended improvements. This will help you prioritize the improvements and develop a blueprint for your future in the building
