Awesome company and team! Khristine helped with booking the appointment (and last minute rebooking too) as well as keeping me informed before and after the inspection. Mike was the one who performed the inspection. He was really thorough and explained everything really well. The report was sent quite fast which was really nice because I was able to share it with my dad who is buying the house with us but wasn’t able to be there. We were able to make decisions without delay (always a bonus in the housing market). A feature that was nice to have on the report was the list of businesses at the end that we could reach out to for work needing to be done. Overall, I felt supported every step of the way by this team and would recommend them to anyone looking for an inspection!
